Already a month into the year and the D2C industry is booming with business and some much-awaited IPOs. BoAt’s IPO Boat Has Sailed! It becomes the 1st Indian D2C Brand Heading For Public Listing.

The D2C ecosystem has come a long way since its beginning when delivery, returns and payment issues were daunting for the brand as well as consumers. But with the technology of today, the brands are able to deliver excellent user experience with growth in business. 

However, achieving sustainability has been at the top of the list for every brand today. To build a brand where you have to ensure all your products, processes are environmentally friendly as well as create employment for the livelihood is all a part of the challenge for sustainable development. Newesome plays a small part in this D2C ecosystem and we as a community along with brands associated with us highly advocate the need for sustainable products and living.

Will other D2C brands take the IPO route is something only time will tell.
